Utility Art Box - "Blooming Flowers"
This design is a colorful, abstract representation of Santa Maria's landscaping in both a literal and conceptual way. The blooming, beautiful flowers seen along highway 101 in Santa Maria also represent the "blooming" and growth of the city.
